How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered, you may return it within 21 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, as long as the item still has the tags on it and it has not been worn, washed or is dirty.
Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.
All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging with their tags still in place.
Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges. For your convenience, we can create a return shipping label for you and either deduct that amount from any refund due to you, or send you an invoice for the shipping amount.
